Pediatrics Physician job available at MASC Medical, a busy practice located in a suburb of New York. The successful candidate will have a strong background in general pediatrics, including diagnosing and treating common childhood illnesses, providing preventive care, and managing chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including physical exams, immunizations, and management of chronic conditions
• Diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions such as upper respiratory infections, asthma, and ADHD
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies
• Prescribe medications as needed
• Communicate with patients and families to educate them about their child's health and provide guidance on how to manage conditions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients
• Participate in on-call rotation and be available for after-hours emergencies

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Current or pursuing state medical license
• Board certification in Pediatrics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Commitment to providing high quality care to patients and families
