Salary: $52,000 - $56,000 per year
Location: Barre, Montpelier, Hartford, Springfield, and surrounding areas in Vermont
Mount Prospect Academy is seeking a dedicated Permanency Clinician to join our team. As a Permanency Clinician, you will provide individual and family therapy to at-risk and adjudicated youth in Vermont. This role involves clinical oversight, case management, therapy, and active participation in team meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical oversight on assigned cases.
- Provide individual and family therapy.
- Establish treatment goals and recommendations.
- Support Permanency Coordinator activities.
- Offer clinical support to overcome obstacles and develop support networks.
Requirements
- Master's Degree preferred.
- 1+ year experience in human services.
- Valid driver's license and car insurance.
- Background and licensing checks completion.
