Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Banker I to join Civista Bank, where you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. As a Personal Banker I, you will use a consultative sales approach to help customers achieve their financial goals and provide them with top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, offering tailored financial solutions, and supporting the retail banking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers daily to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Deepen product knowledge to assist customers with opening new accounts, addressing issues, and meeting goals.
• Stay updated on technology trends to enhance banking interactions and educate customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and procedures for a safe banking environment.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of teller experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new software.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and interruptions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to focus, move objects up to 50 lbs, and travel occasionally.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and professional communication.
