Enjoy a $7,500 sign-on bonus, a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends, and the opportunity to lead, grow, and mentor as a Clinical Director. As a part of the ACCESS PT family, you'll oversee patient care, manage clinic operations, and build strong relationships with referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand our Kingston facility.
• Lead, grow, and mentor staff.
• Deliver exceptional patient care.
• Communicate with the Regional Director for office growth.
• Manage daily clinic operations.
• Build patient connections using evidence-based practices.
• Set and achieve professional goals.
• Resolve customer service issues.
• Organize meetings, in-services, and community outreach.
• Contribute to marketing ideas and business opportunities.

Requirements

• Current physical therapist license in New York.
• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills.
• Authorized to work in the US.
