Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predict pending issues, and ensure minimal downtime. Your responsibilities will include using various technologies for data gathering, submitting work orders, and supporting plant operations to prevent unplanned downtime.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Predict pending failure by reviewing and analyzing gathered data.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data gathering.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to avoid catastrophic failure.
• Contribute to improving and extending the life of manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of experience in reliability technology.
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis process.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to complete job-related training.
