Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is currently looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and predict machine failures, implementing maintenance strategies to minimize downtime, and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Utilize data to predict pending failures and schedule repairs during planned maintenance downtime.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and immediate repairs to prevent catastrophic failure.
• Provide support to plant operations to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings.
• Initiate plans to improve equipment lifespan.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in reliability technology in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
