Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator to join House of Hope Green Bay, Inc. This role is crucial for supporting community partners and providing essential services to youth experiencing housing instability and homelessness. As the crisis response intervention specialist, you will assess service needs, offer programs, coordinate outreach, and ensure client success in areas such as parenting, education, employment, and stable housing. The position requires flexibility, including working on weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement direct client services in alignment with individual needs and case plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and oversee assigned clients to ensure progress.
- Maintain a clean and healthy living environment at House of Hope.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and partnering organizations to support client advancement.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, Child/Youth Development, or related field.
- Experience in providing direct services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and sensitivity to diverse client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain flexible work hours.
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clear criminal background check.
