Job Description

Join our team at Bakerly Barn LLC as a Project Engineer, responsible for leading the technical aspects of engineering projects. The Project Engineer will design, commission, and support process equipment, manage deviation investigations, and contribute to achieving project goals set by the Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement technical specifications from the Engineering Manager.
  • Coordinate equipment procurement, installation, and launch.
  • Train operators and technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Optimize processes and equipment for improved quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Provide technical advice and support company goals.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year in Engineering & Plant Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in varied conditions and around machinery and chemicals.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stoop, kneel, climb, stand, and operate machinery. Vision abilities required for detailed work.
