Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our team at Beacon Management, specifically for our Southpointe Square Apartments in Woodhaven, MI. As a Property Manager with Beacon Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, marketing, financial management, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the property budget to ensure financial performance.
• Handle record-keeping, rent collections, and financial reporting.
• Manage resident relations, maintenance staff, and vendor/contractor relationships.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience, preferably in Multi-Family Residential properties.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and staff.
