We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee Kirkwood Meadows and Summit Apartments in Pocatello, ID. As a Property Manager with us, you will play a key role in maintaining our high-quality communities, fostering resident satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance staff, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Manage resident retention and attraction through effective marketing strategies.
• Evaluate market conditions to optimize property performance.
• Enhance revenue streams and control expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Provide top-notch customer service and address resident needs promptly.
• Coordinate property activities, vendor interactions, and ensure timely reporting.
• Conduct HR functions and assist other properties as needed.

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 2-5 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Knowledge of relevant property management laws and Yardi software proficiency.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
