Job Description
Duininck is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for performing quality control testing of materials in aggregate and asphalt production, and reporting results to our Quality Control team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct material sampling, testing, and reporting of results for various materials.
- Assist in laboratory tasks related to asphalt and paving operations.
- Work in different settings, including field labs and project sites.
- Support project supervisors with assigned duties.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Basic math and computer software proficiency.
- Adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations as needed.
Work Environment
- Physical demands include walking, bending, lifting, and working in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility for extended hours and travel requirements.
