Job Description

Centria Autism is looking for a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in aligning business objectives with team members and management across our service lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resolving complex team member relations issues, implementing strategic HR practices, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly meetings with business units to provide HR guidance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR programs and policies.
  • Resolve complex team member relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Provide performance management guidance and foster work relationships.
  • Identify training needs and participate in monitoring training programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership on diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • PHR/SHRM certification or ability to obtain within one year.
  • 5-7 years of experience in team member relations; HR strategic role preferred.
  • Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and HR laws.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite.
  • Ability to interpret data and drive business results.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position with flexibility outside standard office hours.
