Job Description
Centria Autism is looking for a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in aligning business objectives with team members and management across our service lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resolving complex team member relations issues, implementing strategic HR practices, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly meetings with business units to provide HR guidance.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR programs and policies.
- Resolve complex team member relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
- Provide performance management guidance and foster work relationships.
- Identify training needs and participate in monitoring training programs.
- Collaborate with leadership on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- PHR/SHRM certification or ability to obtain within one year.
- 5-7 years of experience in team member relations; HR strategic role preferred.
- Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and HR laws.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite.
- Ability to interpret data and drive business results.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position with flexibility outside standard office hours.
