Job Description

We are looking for a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our team at Centria Autism. In this role, you will play a key part in aligning business objectives with team members and management, ensuring that our human resources strategies support the overall goals of our organization. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships across various regions to deliver exceptional HR services that enhance our business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular meetings with business units to provide HR guidance and support.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop effective solutions and policies.
  • Manage complex team member relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and reduce risks for the organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership on people initiatives to improve retention and service delivery.
  • Participate in compensation analysis and workforce planning activities.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and drive recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to enhance team leadership skills and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; HR certification (PHR/SHRM) a plus.
  • 5-7 years of HR experience with a focus on team member relations and strategic HR.
  • Knowledge of HR disciplines, compensation practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite applications.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and drive business results through data analysis.

Working Conditions

This role may require occasional schedule adjustments to meet business needs, and flexibility in supporting various time zones.
