Job Description
Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse (RN) on a per diem basis. In this role, you will ensure top-quality nursing care for patients, administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, and collaborate with physicians to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality nursing care by following physician's orders and facility policies.
- Administer medications as prescribed and adhere to infection control measures.
- Lead and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
- Assist physicians during rounds and treatments as necessary.
- Perform treatments, maintain appropriate documentation, and contribute to research on nursing care quality.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid RN license.
- Possess CPR certification and attend required training and meetings.
- Demonstrate genuine interest in geriatric nursing and ability to work cooperatively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Make informed decisions on nursing issues with a focus on patient safety.
