We are hiring a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for an Interim Unit Manager position with an established Long-Term Care facility in Dallastown, PA. The ideal candidate should have recent management experience in a Nursing Home within the past 12 months. Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Promote patient independence and establish care goals.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, TB test, and RN license in the state of employment.
