Job Description

We are hiring a Registered Nurse to join Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem Inc as a Care Team Nurse. In this role, you will be the clinical leader of the care team, supporting patients, providing direct care, managing high-risk cases, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement infection control practices and age-appropriate care procedures.
• Assess the needs of patients and families, providing education and referrals as necessary.
• Perform urgent care triage, documentation, medication administration, and office procedures.
• Coordinate post-discharge follow-ups and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Stay updated on pediatric care practices and adhere to policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team environment.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and email.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
