Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Pediatrics Primary Care team at The University of Vermont Medical Center. This role involves providing advanced nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of their health needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to patients and families in an ambulatory setting.
- Deliver teaching and preparation for ongoing care.
- Adhere to Organizational Standards of Patient Care and Nursing Practice.
- Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement of patient care.
Requirements
- State of Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, or willingness to obtain as per employment terms.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant clinical area.
- Ability to work one eight-hour day every other weekend and one evening per week.
