Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team at Matheny School and Hospital in Frelinghuysen, NJ. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to community residents, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with various healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary nurse for a caseload of community residents.
- Provide professional nursing care and ensure continuity of care among staff.
- Document health care information in compliance with regulations.
- Conduct education sessions for staff on resident health issues and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and review residents' records.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and staff meetings.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.
- 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid NJ RN license and driver's license.
