Registered Nurse I-Health - 7B Medical Acute Care

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse I to join our 7B Medical Acute Care team at MUSC. In this role, you will provide individualized patient care using the nursing process, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care focusing on holistic needs.
• Coordinate and deliver age-appropriate care following nursing standards.
• Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Participate in professional practice, shared governance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in South Carolina or compact state.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Physical and Mental Requirements

Ability to perform various job functions including standing, walking, and lifting. Must have good vision, hearing, and sensory functions. Willingness to work in diverse environments and handle stressful situations.
