Registered Nurse - Med/Surg

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team at Elizabethtown Community Hospital. As part of our 25-bed Medical Surgical Unit, you will provide care for patients requiring Observation status, who are acutely ill, or in need of rehabilitation. Working alongside RNs, LPNs, CA's, and dietary assistants, teamwork is essential in delivering exceptional patient care.

Unit Description

The unit comprises 11 private rooms, 7 double occupancy rooms, and 8 Telemetry beds. Nurse-to-patient ratios are typically low, ensuring focused and quality care. Our experienced leadership team fosters an environment of open communication, aimed at supporting your professional growth in the healthcare field.

Incentives

External candidates are eligible for a generous signing bonus of up to $10,000 (prorated for part-time roles) and a relocation package of $9,200 (also prorated for part-time roles) for out-of-area applicants.
