Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at La Casa Family Practice on a PRN basis. As a crucial member of the ambulatory care services team, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting, ensuring the well-being of diverse patients across all age groups. Upholding the highest standards of professional nursing and ethics, you will collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care and promote positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and treatments in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and communicate findings to the relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with patients and the interdisciplinary team to set goals and strategies for optimal care.
• Supervise and support other clinic team members for efficient healthcare delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare patients for procedures, and provide direct patient care.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care
• Active BLS and RN licenses
• Demonstrated adherence to professional nursing standards and competencies
• Proficiency in medical equipment use, effective communication, and Microsoft Office Suite
