REGISTERED NURSE - RN - SKILLED NURSING FACILITY

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a well-established skilled nursing facility in Burlington, VT. As an RN in this facility, you will play a crucial role in assisting and supporting healthcare providers in delivering patient care, with a focus on patient independence and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with healthcare personnel and maintain good relations.
• Demonstrate expertise in patient care practices, treatments, and interventions.
• Adhere to regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure quality care.
• Establish patient care goals and promote patient independence.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of recent supervised experience in a Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting.
• Registered Nursing degree and current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB test within 1 year of hire.
• Proficiency in communication and computer skills.
