Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Sloan's Lake Primary Care Clinic. As an ambulatory care services (ACS) RN, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting, collaborating with diverse patients and the healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and modify them as needed.
• Conduct nursing assessments and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
• Work with patients and the healthcare team to establish goals and strategies for care.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Assist with examinations and treatments.
• Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Current BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in professional nursing standards, growth and development principles, and medical equipment use.
• Effective communication and ability to work in emergency situations.
