Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Webb Adult Medical Clinic, part of Denver Health. As an ambulatory care services (ACS) RN, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care and promote patient safety. This role involves critical thinking, evidence-based practices, and adherence to professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans for patients across their lifespan.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to set measurable goals and strategies for patient care.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members to enhance patient care and services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Assist with examinations and treatments, administer medications safely, and promote a positive patient experience.
• Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and provide direct supervision to healthcare personnel.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use, effective communication, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of growth and development principles and cultural competency.
