Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
• Advocate for patients and families, ensuring adherence to professional practice standards.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members to promote interdisciplinary care.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare patients for examinations, and administer treatments.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Active BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment usage, effective communication, and Microsoft Office Suite.
