Job Description

Responsibilities
- Admit and transfer patients to the unit.
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Interpret diagnostic data and labs.
- Promote quality improvement and respond to life-saving situations.
- Provide patient education, advocacy, and support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in LTC/SNF setting.
- Active FL RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and verifiable work history.
