We are looking for a Relationship Banker I, Bilingual to join our team at Field & Main Bank. This position involves providing cash receipt and payment services to customers, promoting bank products, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Translate and interpret statements between English and Spanish.
• Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and checks with accuracy.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products to customers.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and bank policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service and cash-handling experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
