Reliability Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Reliability Maintenance Technicians to join the team at TOYOTI1, the premier tire manufacturing plant in North America. As a Reliability Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in executing preventive maintenance on cutting-edge production machinery, including equipment with robotic-driven mechanisms and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Key Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance on industrial machinery with a focus on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Maintaining expertise in AC & DC Servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Demonstrating exceptional mechanical abilities and electrical system preventive maintenance.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements

• Associate's degree from a technical school and a minimum of five years of mechanical/electrical experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency with Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds when necessary.
