Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Renal Registered Dietitian to join LifeBridge Health at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a crucial member of our team, you will provide essential services and education to dialysis patients to support their nutritional well-being. If you have a Bachelor's degree in nutrition or Dietetics, are a Registered Dietitian, and have experience in clinical nutrition, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition therapy.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling based on patient needs.
- Monitor and update nutritional recommendations as needed.
- Collaborate with medical teams and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian status with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State Licensure in Maryland.
- Minimum of two years of professional work experience in clinical nutrition.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
