Renal Registered Dietitian - Grace Medical Center

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Renal Registered Dietitian to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. As the Renal Registered Dietitian, you will deliver essential services and education to dialysis patients, ensuring their nutritional well-being in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Assess nutritional status and provide appropriate nutrition interventions.
• Develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans for patients.
• Monitor and revise nutritional recommendations as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and caregivers to facilitate optimal nutritional care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or Dietetics.
• Registered Dietitian status with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State Licensure in Maryland.
• Minimum of two years of professional work experience in clinical nutrition.
• Experience working in a dialysis setting preferred.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
