Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join the dynamic team at Grace Medical Center, a part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, as a Staff Nurse in the Renal Dialysis Program, you will be responsible for providing state-of-the-art care and treatment for end-stage renal disease patients, including acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Your clinical expertise and dedication will contribute to improving patient outcomes and providing compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical patient care to a shift of patients in accordance with healthcare policies and guidelines.
- Offer competent and proficient nursing care to complex patients.
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to staff members.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification, CNN or CDN preferred.
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn specific applications.
