Renal Registered Nurse - Grace Medical Center

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join the team at Grace Medical Center, which provides innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. As a Staff Nurse, you will be part of a team committed to delivering state-of-the-art care in a warm environment. This role involves clinical direction, supervisory responsibilities, and providing patient care in line with healthcare policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in expanding nursing knowledge and caring for complex patients.
• Provide clinical direction and patient care for a shift of patients.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, with specific experience in med-surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification required.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate the water treatment system and proficiency in basic computer skills.
