Position Overview
The Progressive Care nurse will provide comprehensive care to hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients on the medical/surgical unit. They will offer physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural support to patients across a wide range of medical conditions and services. The role involves operating advanced medical equipment, caring for patients with various medical interventions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Degree from a Nursing Program.
- Experience in advanced Medical/Surgical or Critical Care Nursing.
- Current State of Montana RN Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
- EPNC, TNCC certification preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in operating basic and advanced medical equipment.
- Knowledge of advanced nursing principles and procedures.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
