Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN Registered Nurse to join our team at the Denver Health Sexual Health Clinic. As an integral part of the ambulatory care services team, you will provide essential patient care and education in an outpatient setting, focusing on diverse patients across all age groups. This position requires adherence to professional nursing standards and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure excellence in patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based patient care plans, including newborn visits, wound care, diabetes education, and more.
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with patients and the healthcare team to establish goals and strategies for care.
• Support and supervise clinic team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
• Maintain detailed patient records and reports, preparing patients for examinations and treatments.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1-3 years of direct patient care experience.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses required.
• Proficiency in medical equipment usage and patient care administration.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in emergency situations.
