Job Description
Green Source Automation LLC, located in Jerome, Idaho, is actively looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lafayette, Indiana. As a Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining robotics systems in the dairy industry, performing regular maintenance tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our automated systems. This role will require you to be on-call for any emergencies that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Regular maintenance of robotics systems.
- Performing biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
- Conducting weekly brush changes.
- Executing monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
Requirements
- Developing the necessary skill set for maintenance tasks.
- Experience in PLC-based controls design, development, and support.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in using PC, Microsoft Office, and reading electrical and pneumatic schematics.
- Ability to handle chemicals and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to drive within the region.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
