Senior Engineering Manager - Civil

Job Description

Moody and Associates, Inc. is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - Civil to join our growing Civil Engineering practice. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and designing technical activities related to land development plans for commercial, institutional, municipal, and energy clients.

Job Purpose

• Manage tasks on multiple projects while adhering to high standards of project management.
• Assist in the development of proposals, scope of services, and cost estimates.
• Plan and manage activities for various projects, including communication with internal teams and clients.
• Mentor and lead staff at all levels.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and provide updates to the Executive Team.

• Ability to apply engineering principles effectively and provide optimal solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in leading multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional engineering license in PA, additional state licensures preferred.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with staff management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and other engineering programs.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in diverse environments.
