Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Department at Enterprise Community Partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to contribute to the development of financial models and analyses. This role will play a key part in enhancing our financial planning and analysis platform to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Company's financial health and business strategy through reporting, analysis, and modeling using tools like Adaptive Planning, Excel, Power BI, and Workday.
  • Administer the Adaptive Planning software platform, including configuration, design, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and multi-year forecasts, as well as long-term capital and liquidity planning.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze KPIs, financial ratios, and operating metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities of the FP&A team and platform, including report writing, data structure, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of results, perform variance analyses, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in an FP&A or Finance/Accounting role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar planning system.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, data interpretation, and communication.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, with experience in Power BI or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Workday Financials or ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
