Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families, addressing various common challenges they face. These include adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical understanding, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification
