Responsibilities
- Provide packaging insights and solutions as a technical leader.
- Lead projects and ensure effective project leadership and execution.
- Develop new packages, materials, and concepts to drive innovation.
- Maintain relationships with global technology leaders in barrier packaging.
- Communicate findings through oral presentations and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific, Packaging, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience with 2+ years in packaging materials.
- Experience with factory packaging equipment technologies.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Compensation and Benefits
The approximate pay range for this position is $92,000 to $126,000, with potential variations based on qualifications and location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives, a competitive total rewards package, a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and other benefits.
