West Coast Medical Resources, LLC, a leading distributor of discounted surgical supplies, is seeking a Strategic Account Representative to join their dynamic sales team. As an inside sales specialist, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through proactive outreach and strategic sales efforts. Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Research accounts, identify decision makers, and generate interest to expand the prospect database.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive outbound sales activities and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Contribute to market research and marketing implementation programs, including attending medical conventions and trade shows as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center/inside sales experience preferred.
  • Experience working with sales CRM systems is a plus.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
