This role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, software, network, and system failures on Canon products. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures.
• Maintain and repair designated equipment to Canon standards.
• Provide efficient and accurate on-site maintenance.
• Maintain technical information and Canon property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Ability to travel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Compliance with customer policies, including COVID-19 measures.
