Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Universal Banker to join the team at International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for assisting customers with financial transactions, opening accounts, recommending financial solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in business development, meeting sales goals, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with various banking transactions and inquiries, including account opening and maintenance.
- Recommend and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs and enhance their banking experience.
- Meet and exceed sales and referral targets to contribute to branch success.
- Maintain compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferable.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
