Job Description

Primary Objective & Scope of Position:
This position involves handling merchandise movement tasks such as storing, moving, and distributing products. Additionally, you will be expected to lead by example, provide training to other team members, and ensure efficient and accurate operations.
Essential Functions and Accountabilities:
- Merchandise Movement: Efficiently manage merchandise within the warehouse, handle product movement to and from the show floor, and maintain accurate records using our point of sale system.
- Training: Lead by example and provide training to fellow employees.
- Customer Service: Maintain professional communication with customers, colleagues, and vendors, ensure inventory accuracy, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Safety: Adhere to safety policies and practices, operate equipment safely, maintain a safe and organized facility, and follow guidelines to prevent damage and maintain equipment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (or currently working towards).
- Basic math skills.
- Knowledge of tools, hardware components, and product assembly.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic computer knowledge.
