We are hiring a Residential Youth Counselor to join Mount Prospect Academy's team. Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and crisis management for students.
- Implement social and recreational activities to enrich residents' experiences.
- Deliver care and psychosocial education as per treatment plans.
- Develop residents' social skills, coping mechanisms, and positive relationships.
- Facilitate routines, document service delivery, and promote a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree OR 2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination.
- Valid driver's license preferred, 21+ years old.
- Authorized to work in the U.S., pass background checks.
