2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting warehouse management in achieving operational goals. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Operate equipment, follow safety guidelines, and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
