Responsibilities

• Assist nursing team with medication dispensing and monitoring.
• Treat chronic and acute medical conditions within the scope of practice.
• Provide leadership in medication passes and residents' activities of daily living.
• Coordinate infection control procedures and quality assurance.
• Act as a liaison with medical providers, guardians, and residents.

Requirements

• Active State of Michigan Practical Nurse Licensure (LPN).
• Prior experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
