Assistant Director of Nursing Long Term Care
Location: Central New York
Job Description
A highly reputable hospital is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Long Term Care with previous experience in Long Term or Rehabilitation Care to join their team in Central New York. This individual will report directly to the Director of Long Term Care and will be responsible for the daily nursing operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative aspects of the facility. The ADON will work directly with the hospital-wide leadership team to ensure organizational values are met and maintain exceptional quality care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Performance Improvement initiatives, PRI and MDI Processes, and Safety Committee.
Requirements
- BSN and NY State Nursing License.
- 4 years of leadership experience.
- Knowledge of NYS Health Regulations.
