As a Cable Field Technician with DISH, you will represent the company in customers' homes daily, delivering TV and Smart Home solutions. You will facilitate an excellent customer experience by educating and connecting more Americans with our services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers.
- Educate customers and simplify their lives through DISH services.
- Consult homeowners on their infinite smart home possibilities.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Ability to build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service.
- Capability to work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet, and in all weather conditions.
- Capacity to lift over 70 lbs.
- A valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.
- Willingness to travel as required.
