About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Captain for our commercial vessels, who will embody our RESPECT Service System and ensure a high level of safety, quality, and guest satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for performing cruise captain duties, managing the operations team, delivering exceptional guest service, and handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Act as cruise captain, ensuring adherence to safety standards, Coast Guard regulations, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage the operations team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling of crew members.
- Resolve guest issues and oversee safety programs in compliance with regulations.
- Complete shift records, incident reports, and payroll administration tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 100 ton license with a satisfactory record.
- Minimum of five years marine experience, with at least two years as a captain.
- Proficiency in vessel systems maintenance and Coast Guard rules.
- Effective communication skills and ability to handle guest interactions.
