Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This position involves building meaningful relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to residents with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and communicate any changes in residents' conditions to management.
• Create and implement Individualized Service Plans for residents.
• Ensure a safe and engaging environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• High School diploma or GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
